My SKydrive is not working. I have Excel files saved to the drive and I cannot access them. It asks me for my email address so it can look up my account. After that it asks me to fill in my username and password. I do that. After Excel should open up my file but instead the computer just returns to the previous box asking me to put in my email address. Please help -I really need to get to the document soon.
