Im trying to open an account for my 8 years old son. and every time that Im trying to verify that Im an adult with the 0.50 cent charge to my credit card it open a new window saying:

We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

This problem is being more than a week. Please I need help so my son can start using his new game. (Playstation Vita) Also, he has an Xbox and want to get an account.
