I have set up OneNote (O/N) and SkyDrive (S/D) on laptop. No sync issues. Installed O/N and S/D apps on Droid Razr Max (phone). Files from laptop visible in S/D on phone. O/N on phone says it is synced but no files appear. Attempt to open O/N files in S/D on phone and get a message that there is no app that can read the files. Why am I not able to sync?

I was using Evernote between the two devices with no problem. I like the layout and features of O/N better but it is useless if I am unable to sync between the two. This is my third attempt to resolve this issue.
