OK. After reading comments via FB and other blogs/community sites regarding users (like myself) having similar/exact issues! Don't get me wrong, I am all for changes, but only if they work... and in MSO case... Not!  3 weeks ago via my smart phone,  I opened my email (hotmail)... and right before my very eyes, my emails started disappearing one by one... I couldn't believe it... "What is going on, kind of spooky I thought!"  And then, . zilch... nothing!  "Ok, no worries Jen, just log on via your computer, you can sort your phone out later!" Well Outlook, you can guess... as the rest is history!  I have had my hotmail account for years and years, and I am extremely upset to know that MSO has just cleaned out years of emails and some of them sentimental too! My email address has been the same for years, and is linked to goodness knows how many contacts!  Why is it that all my contacts/files/emails have not merged into Outlook? I am scratching my head trying to understand, why MSO have broken something that didn't need fixing?!  It's beyond me!  And yes, like thousands of users I have followed and tried many instructions/options umpteenth times!  Also, the rudeness of MSO not responding either!  Can you fix it... I hope you can?!  Thank you.
