The overall goal I am trying to achieve is to get OE emails from an XP machine to Outlook 2013 on a new Windows 7 machine.

To do this, I have installed WLM 2009 on my old XP machine and am importing the OE emails into WLM.  My hope is that I will be able to export the emails from WLM 2009 so they can be imported into Outlook 2013.  Please correct me now if I am wasting my time.

I have been able to import all of my OE email folders to WLM except for one.  Actually, I'm able to get the folder to import, but it's not importing all of the emails in the folder.  The import dialogue box says there are 4433 emails in the OE folder, but when the import is complete I only have 3635 emails, and the most recent is from Dec. 2013 (I know there are many emails in this folder from 2014).

Can you give me any help on how I might be able to get the entirety of the contents of the OE folder into WLM... so it can eventually end up in Outlook 2013?
