one of my mx ip’s is blacklisted

Domain is lsgcom.com when i do a mxtoolbox it resolves mx to lgdcom-com.mail.protection.outlook.com and when you do lookup on that
you get two ips 207.146.163.138 and 207.146.163.215

ip address 207.146.163.215 is blacklisted by Spam Cannibal for 
no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1

how can we correct this issue as it is affecting my emails
