One of my hotmail accounts works one does not. Is this being addressed by Microsoft?

 One of my hotmail email accounts is unavailable on my iPad2.  Things worked fine until yesterday evening.  This is the first problem I have had with Hotmail.  Is Microsoft tech working on fixing this problem?
