Hello,

Can anyone offer me any assistance please?  I use window live mail and my email provider is orange.fr  This morning and for no apparent reason, one of my email addresses, of which I have 3,  has started asking for the user name and password.  The user name and password are correct and I have re-entered them but it still keeps asking for the same thing.  The error message that I get is 0x800CCC90 & 92.

I am still receiving emails from that address on my orange account but my phone and ipad are not receiving them.  I removed the account from the ipad and now I cannot add it as it tells me that the user name and password are incorrect.  I cannot understand this as I still enter that account on orange.fr with that user name and account number.

I have not added or downloaded anything new or made any changes to phone, tablet or laptop when this started to happen.  

The other accounts are working perfectly.

Here is the message that I am receiving

Unable to send or receive messages for the Orange ******* account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your username and password for this account.
