Also, I cannot locate an outbox through which to delete it (I do delete - regularly - from the sent box, but it reappears multiple times, both on live mail (through which I originally sent the email/attachments) and through the web based hotmail system.  Help, pleaSe, I'm at the point where I WILL HAVE TO DELETE MY LONG STANDING HOTMAIL ACCOUNT AND START AGAIN FROM SCRATCH....Don't want to do this unless no other option.
