Every 3/4 times I open WLM I am faced with a screen where at the top instead of the normal taskbar I have a broad black line running from the left to the right hand side of the screen.  The mouse icon keeps revolving and I cannot do anything with the app other than to switch off my pc and restart it hoping it opens ok the next time and it someones does.  I was on to Microsoft Chat line for over an hour recently and although took over my pc remotely what ever was done did not do any good.  I have had this before I installed Windows 10.  Has anyone any ideas they could suggest to me?
