I have a Yahoo/Verizon email account issue.  On IPAD  I am getting the emails,  on Windows Live they are not showing up.   My inbox locked in July.   How do I get it to work again?

Deleted email account,  then added it back in.  will see how long it takes to recover 3 months of emails?
