Ok, so I recently switched from an old Win XP system to a new Win 7 system.  The mail client on the old system was Outlook Express (not sure which version), and the new one is Windows Live Mail.  I exported the contacts and saved messages (presumably to a .CSV file), and imported them to WLM.  The contacts imported properly, but the saved messages did not.  It said all messages were imported successfully, and if I navigate to where the messages are stored on the C drive, they are there, but they do not show up in WLM.  I understand they should in the storage folder "imported files", but there is nothing there.

Is there a different way I should have exported the messages, or some way of having them displayed in WLM (since they were supposedly imported successfully)?  Is there a way I can convert the saved .DBX files to say a .DOC file?

Thanks in advance :)
