I have had an individual access my old hotmail account and change passwords and even change the reset contact information.  It is taking forever to get a response from anyone at Microsoft, but in the meantime they have uninterrupted access to my personal information and other peoples personal information.  I have a new email account.  I just want the old account shut down.  I also know who the person is who has accessed my account.  I want to know if this is something they can get in trouble for.  Thank you.
