Recently the policy on my xbox 360 has changed in regards to security and i need to give my e-mail account and password details to proceed. Unfortunately the account which i have linked to my xbox is an old e-mail account which i can no longer access because it was hacked a couple of years ago.
I have tried to recover this account but i have run into the following problems;
. The alternative account for the reset link has been changed to one i don't recognize "x_*****@yahoo.cn" which i suspect is the e-mail used by whoever hacked it.
. I cannot remember the answer to my security question nor can i provide enough evidence in the questionnaire for Microsoft to help me further.

If there's any other action i can take to resolve this i would be grateful as not only do i still have money on my xbox account but i cannot use the services i've paid for because the policy update won't let me access my xbox account until i have given the required information.
