When I got this computer, I set everything up with a Time Warner Road Runner email address. I've recently moved to an area where Time Warner isn't even available, but when I try to do anything with Live Mail, it demands that I sign in with the old Roadrunner acct., which doesn't work, because it's dead.

I gave up and deleted the Live Mail program, got a different email which works well enough, but I keep wanting the Live Mail back. More convenient, etc.

Deleting and reinstalling Live Mail didn't work; the Roadrunner acct. comes with it. So I'm wondering, if I use Recovery discs and reinstall the whole Windows 7 Home Premium operating system from the ground up, would that get rid of the old account? Surely...

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Albert Decker(Damnit)
