I am now locked out of the account and have tried the account recovery but it seems the info I am providing isn't sufficient. I need to regain access to this account for immigration purposes.

Several months ago my blackberry prompted me to reenter my password for my hotmail account. Although the password was indeed correct it stated it wasn't.
