Got a reminder to instal update to office 11 on my macbook pro which I did. Word, Excel and powerpoint appear to be working OK but, Outlook appears to have completely reset and lost links to my (btopenworld) email accounts and all of the folders.
I'm not that technical regarding these machines so any assistance warmly welcomed.
