Microsoft Office For Mac 2011 14.6.1

After user reported constant crashing, I performed a PRAM reset, **** reset on the iMac and ran a Disk Utility and relaunched Outlook only to find that the users email account had been removed. ?! I reinstalled their account but all their calendar events are missing too. I tried rebuilding their identity with no luck all the identities did not have their calendar events. Please help ASAP!!
