After doing the system restore i tried to re-install office 2013 but i keep getting the same error 1402 i've tried "permissions" solution in the regedit but it still doesn't fix anything.

I need a new regkey replacement i guess ? i've searched for all articles related to error 1402 and i haven't found one which actually resolves my problem,so please can anyone help me on this ?
