This happens throughout Office 2011 for Mac - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

I will often get either a red or blue underline, and when I right click to get the suggested spelling, Office recommends the wrong spelling. Sometimes it is way off. Sometimes, my original spelling is correct, and Office wants to make it incorrect.
