When starting my MacBook, either after shutting down or from sleep, the Office/Oulook 2011 reminders take an eternity to load up, causing the whole Mac to run slow. I understand the Database Daemon allows the reminder to work but is there anyway that I can set the reminders to work only when Outlook is open or opened? Or any ideas why it takes so long to load up? Using MacBook Pro, Yosemite 10.10.5. Many thanks
