Hi,

Ever since I upgraded my OSX to mavericks my OAB has stopped working. I have tried deleting and creating new outlook identity, forced new cache OAB download but no luck.

One thing that I found most on other forums was to quit Outlook, delete ~/liabrary/cache/outlook/main identity/# folder I did that few times. the /#/Download folder gets recreated but i see no files inside it its empty. 

Alternately, Can I copy paste the files from some other MAC...would that work?
Also, is there a way i can do logging to see if there is anything blocking the download.
