I tried to access my student email, which is an Outlook address, and received this message: "You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)." This is a site I have bookmarked and that I am permanently signed into normally. My school IT dept says no-one else is having these issues.
I tried to open my SkyDrive and I get this message: "Your account has been shut down. Your account has been taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft’s Terms of Use agreement, such
as containing photos or images that are in violation of the Code of Conduct. In many cases, the Online Safety team will send out warnings to the email account associated with the SkyDrive account or profile asking for the removal of the photos in question.
Failure to do so will result in shutting down the account. In order to have your account reviewed for reactivation, please provide the following information." I have submitted to support requests and received no answer.
I tried to open my hotmail account and was asked to re-set my password. Which I did. I don't know why I needed to re-set, and it has not helped the other two issues.
Please help. This is really frustrating.
