I have not been receiving messages consistently for over a month now.  Some senders are explaining that they are receiving bounceback messages as well.  Someone just resent the same email 4 times and I only received the email on the 4th try.  The email details the info of the previous attempts which I never received.  I would like to know what is the problem and how can it be fixed.
