I have had periodic problems with failure to receive emails.  They are not from a new sender (it is my wife - who in my contacts and listed as safe), and the e-mails she sent are not in my inbox, junk, or deleted folders.  I checked my wife's outbox and the message was definitely sent to me, and to my correct e-mail address.  This is very frustrating and not very good for a marriage...

Any suggestions?
