Not receiving or sending email from my hotmail account in Windows Live

 I've researched but have not found out what I need to do to receive and sent email from my hotmail account in Windows Live. The errors I keep receiving are as follow:

 

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002
