i have an old hotmail account ending with @w.cn .... i am trying to recover my instagram account by sending and email to this one but still i can't receive and email ... 1st i thought it was instagram but then i tried sending an email to my self or even send emails from another accounts to this one but still nothing happens

i check my filters for blocking all on normal or junks , all on the same settings as i didn't change anything .... any idea what to check next or how to fix this.

really need as much help asap!
