Hi , as in the title,  I'm not receiving any messages sent to my Outlook.com account.

I'm using a .passport address at the moment.

Sending is fine -even includes links to Skydrive ,but when I reply ( eg for a test) nothing is received,

Updating the folders shows no change.

The mail is just not coming in.  -Except from Outlook.com Team
