New messages from work domain are not being received by outlook.com. The SMTP logs on the server show that the delivery was successful but messages do not show up in the Inbox or Junk Mail folder.

If I send a message from outlook.com to my work domain I can reply to that message from the work account and receive those messages just fine. Just new emails are not being delivered.

What should I be looking at or is there a way to trace and understand why those messages are not delivered?
