My account is used for business and back in the middle of September one of my clients who was emailing my account said that their messages were bouncing back. However there seemed to be problem with servers at the time or was a new update and told them
not to worry.
However now less than half of my emails sent to me are being either sent back with error 550 saying mailbox unavailable or the email just seems to disappear or not being received till hours after being sent. My emails to them never seem to reach them and
normally after the second or third attempt it finally arrives to their account.
I have been though different trouble shooters and so far I have:
- Cleared all my inbox out and made sure there is plenty of memory on the inbox to make sure that emails have space to come in.
- Made sure all addresses that are coming into the account are marked in the trusted list
- Having to send an email and text clients to try and log whether they have received my emails and when
- Made sure I am pressing reply to emails and getting clients to reply to my emails to prove the addresses are valid.
- Made sure no clients are blocked or have any details in my 'rules' that stop them entering my account
So far nothing has worked.
Emails that were sent last week 8 of my emails went missing even though I am told they receive them, and more than half of the emails sent to my account never arrived or bounced.
I have now 14 of my clients telling me my account is useless and could I not use something else because they are sick of sending things 3 or 4 times before they get through, or in the worst cause that things are missing deadlines because they are not being
received in time.
I need help in sorting my account as soon as possible as this cant continue.
Problems with the account started Sunday 14th of September and at first it was one or two emails then it increased and now its got to the point where I not getting hardly any emails. Its progressively getting worse.
