I have not received emails from some companies and individuals for the past 2 weeks. I checked the blocked, junk mail etc settings and everything is the same nothing has changed.  I contacted the ISP with whom I had registered the domain and they checked my account and found
"Your name server is not pointing to MIT. If you do have problem with your email. Kindly contact your email hosting provider for further assistance with your email issue."  I have registered a private domain and use outlook/hotmail to access my email. Since my email hosting provider is microsoft, who do I contact to get this issue resolved?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
