Periodically, I will NOT receive mass emails from organizations like my daughters schools or the girl scouts.  Why?  It is important I receive these emails but they seem to bounce back or I just don't get them.  I need  step by step instructions how to fix this matter since I am NOT computer literate.  I believe I use Microsoft Word 7.  NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!
