Not receiving any emails to my hotmail account

For two days now I have not been receiving any emails into my hotmail account. 

I have tried and can still send emails from this account.

I have sent a test email from another email account to my hotmail. This is not received and I did not get anything bouncing back or any message to say it was not received. 

I have cleared out my sent items and am not at my account data limit.

I do not have any forwarding email alerts set up.

Any ideas?
