I am not receiving emails. I have reviewed the forum and I have reviewed all the options available. I have looked into the settings for mail being forwarded, I have reviewed the blocked email list (there was nothing there), and I have reviewed the safe
senders list (it's everyone in my contacts list). In addition to that, I have cleared my cache, reviewed all my possible email settings and I am still not receiving emails. I am able to send messages, but not to receive them. I have used a different account,
through a different provider and the emails are being sent, but responses are not being delivered. I recently had my email hacked, I recovered the account, removed all the previous settings, changed my password and reviewed my settings. I received one email
after that, but not since. An answer from Outlook would be greatly appreciated. I see many people have struggled with this issue, and as the forums show, only one of the threads was helpful to one person. Please look into this issue ASAP. I would appreciate
a response that is not a link to another forum and one that does not include all that is stated above pertaining cache, safe senders list, email forwarding, blocked senders list, looking at the junk file etc.
