I am also not receiving all my mail on my windows live mail account;  *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 

They do not show up anywhere, not in spam or junk or anything.

  I have noticed that this happens with mail sent from gmail accounts,

but I am not sure if it is only gmail.  I do get some email.

  I do not know  what "web based email " means.

I would appreciate your help. 

People have come up to me and asked me why I didn't respond to them and it has become embarrassing .
