I'm not receiving all emails that are sent to my Hotmail account.

I've had a few recently that just don't appear even though I send them to 2 accounts (1 to my hotmail and one to my gmail account) and the gmail one I receive but the hotmail one I don't. There's nothing weird with the email it's just text.

I also have requested a resend of my freecycle username to my hotmail account, and I never receive anything, even after doing it several times, and checking for days. I've checked with freecycle and they can't see anything wrong their end.

I have checked my junk mail and it's not in there either. 

I'm sure I have other emails going missing that I never receive, but it's very hard to prove due to the symptom.

Anyone any ideas on how I report this to Microsoft as I can't find how to do it.
