I see that this question has been asked by number of other people on the forums.
I have not received the promised 20GB SkyDrive Storage through Office 365 Home Premium subscription! I've been paying for that subscription few months now, and I'm not receiving the benefits I'm supposed to.
I've spoken to at least 6 people over Microsoft chat - the last one even said he has logged the problem for resolution and I should have a response within 72h hours (which didn't happen).
Yes, I am using the same account for both office and skydrive.
Yes, I've logged to the correct skydrive link and accound.
Yes, it appears only 7 GB (where it should be 27 GB).
Tip: I've cancelled and resubscribed couple of times, hit might have caused a problem with your system. That YOU have to resolve.
