Hello,

   I have a student Outlook web account through my school. I hate checking multiple e-mails, so I primarily use this account for personal e-mail in addition to school-related business. My mom's e-mails stopped making it to my inbox after June. They don't go to junk mail; they just don't show up at all.

   She is in my contacts list. I don't have this issue with any other friend or family member, few of whom are sending from the same type of account (it is possible there are others, but nobody else has mentioned sending me something I did not receive). My mom claims other people get e-mails sent from her account. I'm befuddled. She is sending from a Toshiba laptop and uses a yahoo e-mail account, if that info provides any clues.
