The next day my web host emailed me about the problem and changed my password.
I have changed the password to all 7 accounts and changed them in Outlook.com. But this 1 account will not send or receive emails. The last message is from 9/6/13 - 3 days ago from the writing of this post.
What I noticed was that when I changed the password in most of the 6 other accounts in Outlook.com it would take me to choose the folder for the email. It does not do that for the 1 account that won't get or receive email. i have tried it multiple times.
I almost removed the account to reinstall it and there was a MS warning against doing that because of problems and multiple emails.
I hope someone has ideas about this otherwise I'm stuck.
