i submitted the ticket, but  a message says "(My current email address) is not allowed to view this incident". So i cant retrieve an old email that got deleted after a year (WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN??) and the email deletion means my ps3 account now does not exist. Any help on why i cant see it??????
