Hello,

I have been using my Outlook.com account for a while now, and I have only just noticed that not all my email, both incoming and sent items are staying in my account.

For instance, I only have 1 weeks worth of email in both my inbox and my Sent Items.

I would have thought that all email would have remained in the account.  I have verified that all settings, for instance the "Save all sent messages in Sent Items Folder" is selected.

I do also use the Mail app on my Surface RT, as well as Outlook on my Desktop and laptop, but to the best of my knowledge, all settings to leave mail on the server has been set.

Can you think of a reason why I am losing my email?
