I am having the same issue using the SkyDrive application for Mac running 10.7.5.  Some files will sync, while others are ignored.  I am trying to use SkyDrive to sync files from my Mac to my Surface RT.  Is there a solution for this?

Also, I have already tried unlinking and uninstalling and reinstalling the SkyDrive app.  I did this twice and the problem persists.
