I am not able to access my account due to the 2 step verification method. I no longer have the phone number associated with my second step security measure. I have tried the questionnaire password recovery method to only receive and email stating that they ignore requests from accounts equipped with 2 step verification. I also called support and utilized online chat support and an online ambassador. The only option it is giving me to verify my account is to wait 30 days until I can use my email again to verify that it is me accessing my account.

Is there another way to verify myself to the Microsoft Security in order to access my account and xbox live subscription?
