I kept getting a notice to say my security essentials is out of date. But

    Everytime I update I get a notice, after sometime, that it cannot proceed, try again.

    I also tried uninstall and reinstal window security essentials, and still get a notice to update, and

    The whole prosess repeat itself.

    Where have I gone wrong?

    What can I do?
