However, we just are not able to receive any email from one particular domain, itoki.com.sg.
Even after adding it to safe sender list, @itoki.com.sg, we are still not able receive.
There is no block sender neither.
Lastly, before migration, we are still able to receive them. But it is only after using outlook.com with a different DNS, we are not able to receive it anymore.
Please help.
