I had a problem a while ago with all my contacts and emails being deleted. I have them all back now (all of a sudden) thanks to the support of both the Microsoft support team and the escalated support team.

I wanted to thank you guys in the private messages screen that we had been using to communicate, but it wouldn't load, so I am resorting to this.

Thank you guys so much. You managed to get my problem sorted out and helped get my life back (pretty much).
