I have used daily a PAID account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for 13 years. It vanished on 9/10/13. I tried each of the microsoft fixes suggested, none worked. On the chat line they said your account is a plus one (which means they see it, I'd say!!!!) so you need to talk directly with a representative. called that number, it was another run around of menus, no human voice, and NO SOLUTION. PLease help. I think it's an identity theft of some sort. I must get that account back, it contains all sorts of critical parts of my personal and professinal life.
