I do not use Outlook. I use Premium Hotmail which I have been paying for at least 20 years. Microsoft just did something to Hotmail I don't like. Until recently, I cannot label senders as Spam. I can only delete, block or call them junk. I liked the old Hotmail better. Can someone help me please?
