i have a new HP notebook with windows 8 and firefox.  i have no toolbar in outlook so can not chnage font size or color or  perform other functions.  at the top of the outlook page i have a plus for new msg, a speeding arrow for send and a trashcan for delete.  if i right click i get a popup toolbar in a blue band that allows move msg, mark, pin to start and unread.  there is no setting gear/icon any where.  suggestions?
