hopefully someone can help me.

I was abke to upload videos and play them with out an problem to the movie maker and put it as part of my movie. Now I can upload it, it says its updating the quality of the video but then you when play the video and there's no sound or picture it plays a black screen.

Can someone advise what is the issue?
